Upon receiving your order, we typically process and fulfill your item within 2–3 business days. Please note that our products are fulfilled on-demand by our manufacturing partner, Supliful, so processing time includes both order verification and fulfillment preparation.

Estimated Delivery Time 🚚

Once your order is processed, we'll send tracking information to the email provided during purchase. For standard shipping within the United States, delivery typically takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Returns and Refund Guarantee 🔄

For items received that do not match our listing description or are defective, please contact us at info@atea.life with details and our support team will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchange Policy ↩️

For non-defective items and items received in perfect condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will provide you with a return label upon request, and once we receive the item, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 15 days of the delivery date.

ATEA reserves the right to refuse returns that exceed the 15-day timeframe after delivery.
